Led by an experienced MMA fighter, this class offers a unique blend of martial arts techniques and cardiovascular conditioning, making it perfect for individuals looking to enhance their strength, agility, and overall fitness. Participants will engage in a variety of dynamic workouts, utilizing a heavy bag to refine striking skills and enhance power. The class not only provides an excellent full-body workout that burns calories and builds endurance but also promotes self-discipline, confidence, and stress relief. With a supportive atmosphere and the guidance of a skilled instructor, our Kickboxing class is designed to challenge and inspire individuals of all fitness levels, helping you kick your fitness journey into high gear! Scheduled Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm, Saturdays at 12 noon.
